The weather is sizzlying here in La Paz. Thank goodness for the ShadeTree; it helps drop the temperature at least ten degrees. We are enjoying the Fiesta Inn Hotel pool very much. We usually wait until around 6:30PM when it has cooled down a bit before we walk or dingy over to the pool.

Back to Migration. CanŐt find my FM3 paperwork. Finally do find it, but guess what, nothing has been done. No signature by the official that signs off on the documents every Friday. But, miracle of miracles the wonderful immigration person helping me departs for the inner sanctum and returns with a signature on the documents. Fingerprinting, my signature and I am all set. Michael and I make one last stop at CCC for provisioning and taxi back to the marina. It must have been 100 degrees in the non air-conditioned taxi.

We ready the boat for departure and have a final dinner with KingŐs Quest at our favorite Italian restaurant. Great Caesar salad, and linguini with smoked salmon. One last stop at the cruisers lounge to get a press release issued for the West Marine Pacific Cup. |
