March 10
We motored 40 miles down the ICW. Called Tow Boat US for updates on the shoaling at the Fort Pierce Inlet Ð told to stay center channel and should have no problem. The other very thin spot was around the St. Lucie Inlet and river crossing Ð had but a few inches under the keel here. After those two exciting areas we anchored in Peck Lake just off the ICW to the south of G19 in 9Õ of water. A very pleasant anchorage with about a dozen boats anchored here. It was nice now, but I imagine that it is packed in the summer months.

March 11 - 13
Only motored 22 miles today, but it took more time since we are now into many bridge openings Ð a total of seven for the day. Some open on request, but most are now on the half or quarter hour. Anchored in the Lake Worth anchorage. Very calm area within a short dinghy ride to services.

Great services here: Publix, CVS, new Starbucks just opening, SteinMart, and West Marine a mile up the road. DuffyÕs Bar has wi-fi. Downside is that you
