Distant Drum returned to the Fisher Bay anchorage and joined us for cocktails. Dick and Meredith are from southern CA so we shared a lot of stories of our time in Mexico. They were in the same marinas and anchorages as we were back in 2005. They even participated in the Thanksgiving Dinner party at Marina Mazatlan like we did.

Michael continues his winch cleaning and today we tried to work on the roller furling for the jib, but didnÕt get anywhere. We took the sail off and found the ultraviolet green cloth protection for the outside has come loose Š another project. Charisma, Hylas 44, with Stephen and Denise aboard anchored in front of us. They are from Lymington, England. They are refitting the boat as they go so we had a discussion about batteries and other systems. It just started
