Boy is it warm here in Redondo Beach! Arrived last night after a long all day sail from Santa Barbara. Entered the harbor after sunset so the entrance into the harbor was a little bit of a challenge. I am glad that we have been here before. One caution - the printed chart shows a red entrance marker, but it has been changed to a flashing white marker which the electronic chart indicates.

A Very Special DayÉ..Today was family day. Had a wonderful visit with my aunt Connie, uncle Kenny and cousins Gib and Phillip. Had lunch at the terrific Blue Water Grill, showed the family the boat and then on to Connie and KenŐs home for desert and a visit. My uncle gave me a letter that my dad had sent to him enclosed in a commemorative stamped envelope marking the introduction of air mail delivery into Fort Wayne, IN, December 6, 1930.
