Note: - This report came to me via email/SSB from Annie on 11.7.05 - Aqua water and warm breezes....what's not to like? -David M
We are now in Bahia Santa Maria and it is BEAUTIFUL. We have warm aqua water and a warm breeze. Life doesn't get any better than this. Boris got his first romp on the beach this morning and he loved it; he just ran and ran. Then he dug up some fish bones that I had to take away from him. Great beach for shelling - lots of large sand dollars. I am cleaning some of them to make a center piece for dinner tonight. Mark, Karen and their crew are coming over. Have to use our beef before heading into Cabo (30 hour sail from here) on Thursday. Stella and Lynn are anchored a short distance away. Michael, Lynn and David Foy are currently working on the DSC Watch positioning.
The trip from Turtle Bay to here was mostly motor sailing except for the first evening. Then we had a fire drill when the auto pilot when off and Michael was on watch with a full main up and heavy winds. David and I |
