The Baja Ha Ha officialy concluded with last night's award ceremony. Everyone in the 130 boat fleet received a prize and noone finished below third place. Night Flight was in the Jalapeno Division and finished FIRST!!!! Needless to say we were amazed - you don't question the scoring
and handicap system. We went out and celebrated afterward with Stella and Lynn of King's Quest and our stellar night watch crewman, David. Boris got to come into the restaurant and sleep in the alcove off the dining area.
Fantastic open air courtyard restaurant that reminded us of the Court of Two Sisters in New Orleans.
Cabo has been wonderful - great parties, warm water, lots of sunshine, a beautiful anchoring spot off the beach, and delectable food.
We have fueled Night Flight and will be heading off to Mazatlan early tomorrow morning with King's Quest, Topaz and a few other boats that participated in the Baja Ha Ha. We should arrive there on the |
